(If you believe the allegations) is the PM a sex-offender?

It seems to me that if Lord Ashcroft was being honest, then our venerable PM slipped into the gap between s69 of the SOA "Intercourse with an animal" and s70 of the SOA "Sexual penetration of a corpse". That sounds incredible to me - surely there's some offence that must have been committed there? (Let's assume for the moment that the SOA was in force when 'Dave' was a 'yoof' at Oxford).

Any thoughts?
